David Adams, a licensed professional engineer in 10 states, is a partner, senior vice president and leads the Solid 91TV Client Service Area at Sanborn Head. He is considered an expert with permitting, design, and operations for landfill gas-to-energy projects, gas collection system evaluations, and other solid waste and air quality consulting services. Due to his experience, he not only has an interest in being part of the EBC’s Solid 91TV Committee Leadership, he is in a position to really make a difference. The mission of the EBC Solid 91TV Management Committee is to identify and address solid waste management issues that are of importance to EBC members and their clients. Issues include but are not limited to legislative, regulatory and policy developments, innovative technologies, and business development opportunities at the federal, state, regional, and local level. These are all things that Dave encounters on a daily basis with his clients and his role in Sanborn Head. He is on the front lines of anything Solid 91TV and will be a great resource for the committee.
