Meridian 91TV announced the successful asset acquisition of A&A Construction 91TV Removal, LLC (A&A), a Sevierville, Tennessee-based provider of roll-off collection services. The acquired assets include roll-off trucks, containers, and customer contracts. Meridian 91TV has assumed operations at A&A’s existing facility located at 1437 Catlettsburg Road, Sevierville, TN 37876. The company will retain the current workforce and continue operations alongside the former owner, Gene Atchley, to ensure a seamless transition for customers and the community.
This strategic acquisition expands Meridian 91TV’s hauling footprint across Eastern Tennessee and enhances its ability to internalize waste volumes at its Knox County Poplar View Construction & Demolition (C&D) landfill, further strengthening operational efficiencies and environmental control.
