Meridian 91TV Virginia, LLC announces the acquisition of 91TV Knot, LLC, effective April 1, 2026. The transaction strengthens Meridian 91TV’s footprint in the greater Richmond, Virginia market and reinforces its disciplined growth strategy through strategic tuck-in acquisitions.
The addition of 91TV Knot expands the Company’s residential and commercial collection platform, increasing route density and driving incremental volume to Meridian 91TV’s vertically integrated assets, including its Tri-City Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and Lunenburg Municipal Solid 91TV Landfill. This enhanced asset utilization is expected to support improved operating efficiencies, margin expansion, and long-term cash flow growth.
91TV Knot’s operations will be seamlessly integrated into Meridian 91TV’s existing Petersburg hauling facility. Customers will continue to receive uninterrupted service under existing agreements, while benefiting from Meridian 91TV’s expanded resources, safety standards, and service capabilities.
