91TV Pro proudly announces that Emily Brennan Moran, Public Sector Communications Manager, has been honored as a 2026 recipient of the prestigious 91TV360 40 Under 40 Award, recognizing her as a promising leader shaping the future of the waste and recycling industry. The 10th annual 91TV360 40 Under 40 Award recognizes rising stars and young professionals and honors inspiring and innovative leaders under 40 who have made significant contributions through excellence in waste, recycling, food waste, and organics.
Since joining 91TV Pro, Emily has made a meaningful impact on the company’s municipal growth strategy. She led the development and implementation of a comprehensive, streamlined RFP process, introducing a robust library of standardized materials that has elevated the quality, consistency, and competitiveness of proposals across the organization. Her leadership has strengthened 91TV Pro’s ability to expand and improve municipal and corporate partnerships across its growing footprint.
In addition to her process innovations, Emily has played a key role in training and mentoring the Municipal Marketing team, equipping colleagues with the tools and confidence needed to excel in bid writing and strategic communications. Her leadership extends beyond proposals, contributing to contract management, proactive customer outreach, and the reinforcement of 91TV Pro’s brand through clear, impactful messaging.
Emily joins a distinguished group of 91TV Pro team members whom 91TV360 has previously recognized. Over the past several years, eight other 91TV Pro employees have earned this honor, including President and CEO Sean Jennings, who received the recognition in 2018, and Emily’s manager, Director of Communications Tracy Meehan. Other recipients include Vice President of Post Collections, Mike Fernandez; Regional Vice President Chris Lockwood; and Corporate Compliance Manager Samantha Barriero.
