My focus will be on strengthening our financial foundation while maximizing the value created by our growth initiatives.”

Elsisi joins TerraCycle from Adheretech, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, leading the finance, capital-raising, information technology, and human resources functions. During his tenure, he helped position the company for accelerated growth while enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance.

Prior to Adheretech, Elsisi served as Head of Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, where he led business planning and transformation initiatives across multiple commercial divisions. His experience includes serving as regional CFO across Latin America, Canada, and Western Europe, global financial planning and analysis leadership, as well as leading global finance business partnering roles for sales, marketing, and research and development functions.

“Ramy’s experience building financial discipline into fast-growing global organizations gives us exactly what we need as we scale our operations, sharpen our capital strategy, and integrate new acquisitions,” said Tom Szaky, TerraCycle Founder and CEO. “His leadership will be central to supporting our growth strategy.”
