The Lubricants Packaging Management Association (LPMA) announces the election of Lisa Gochenour of Highline Warren to its Board of Directors. As LPMA enters its next phase of growth, the organization continues to strengthen its Board with leaders who bring diverse experience from across the lubricant packaging industry.
Lisa brings more than 20 years of environmental compliance, regulatory advocacy, and sustainability leadership to the Board. She currently serves as Senior Manager, Environmental Compliance & Advocacy at Highline Warren, where she leads enterprise-wide EPR and packaging policy implementation, environmental management systems, and cross-functional regulatory execution. She also represents Highline Warren across a wide range of industry forums, including LPMA, NLCRC, the Auto Care Association, NAW, and HCPA.
Her producer-side experience with lubricant and automotive-fluid EPR compliance brings practical insight from one of North America’s largest manufacturers and distributors. She also brings public-sector insight through her role as a Commissioner on the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission.
“Adding Lisa to the Board is a great step as LPMA continues to grow,” said Jami Rice, Board Vice-Chair. “Her experience adds real depth to the perspectives guiding our work, and we’re glad to have her join us.”
“We’re excited to welcome Lisa to the Board,” said David Lawes, CEO. “Her producer-side experience and deep understanding of EPR will strengthen our Board as LPMA looks to the future. Strong governance depends on having a range of voices around the table, and Lisa’s expertise will help strengthen our work on behalf of the industry.”
“Producer responsibility is evolving quickly, and collaboration across the industry has never been more important,” said Gochenour. “I’m looking forward to contributing to LPMA’s work and helping advance practical solutions for producers.”
