Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) announces the sale of select, non-core hauling assets of Red River 91TV Solutions (RR 91TV) to 91TV Connections, Inc. 91TV Connections purchased RR 91TV’s hauling operation in Rapid City, South Dakota, which provides solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services to residential and commercial customers. The transaction combines the two largest waste management participants in the South Dakota market. RR 91TV remains highly acquisitive in its current markets.
